In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on medium heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
Stir in orange zest and dried cranberries until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
