Cranberry Crumb Bars

Delicious cranberry bars with a buttery crumb topping. Perfect for holidays!

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.66 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter cut into cubes

Cranberry Filling

  • 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
  • Press half of the crust into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Combine cranberry filling ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Spread cranberry filling over the crust.
  • Crumble remaining crust mixture over the filling.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
