Cranberry Crumb Bars

Crust Ingredients

Cranberry Filling

ounces
fresh or frozen cranberries

granulated sugar

orange zest

tablespoons
orange juice
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
Press half of the crust into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Combine cranberry filling ingredients in a separate bowl.
Spread cranberry filling over the crust.
Crumble remaining crust mixture over the filling.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
