  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour and powdered sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Press half of the crust mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Spread cranberries evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake for 15 more minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before adding white chocolate chips.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
