Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour and powdered sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press half of the crust mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Spread cranberries evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake for 15 more minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before adding white chocolate chips.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
