Cowboy Spaghetti

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 1 cup Kidney beans canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned, undrained
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 1 lb Spaghetti

Preparation Steps

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess fat.
  • Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Serve spaghetti with the beef and bean mixture.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized to your liking. Add other vegetables, spices, or cheese for extra flavor.
