  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
