Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
