Corn Pudding Recipe

This creamy and delicious Corn Pudding is a perfect side dish for any occasion. It's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the corn, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
