Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the thawed corn, shredded cheddar cheese, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the mixture before baking.
