Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a large bowl, mix together the thawed corn, shredded cheddar cheese, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
