Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely chilled.
Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
