Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
