  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut Use good quality, sweetened coconut flakes.
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
  • Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
