Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place the cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
