Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in the shredded zucchini, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan before frosting with desired cinnamon frosting.
