Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
Add milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fill donut pan about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
