  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Add milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fill donut pan about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
