  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar for coating

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and milk.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
