Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and milk.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
