  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup churro crumbs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle churro crumbs evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use Mexican cinnamon in the churro crumbs.
