A delightful fusion of churros and cheesecake, this recipe creates a rich and decadent dessert. The crispy churro crust complements the creamy cheesecake filling perfectly.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle churro crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
