Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just blended.
Fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
