Christmas Shortbread Cookies
These buttery, melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookies are perfect for the Christmas season. Easy to make and beautifully festive!

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on baking sheet before serving.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
