Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine cranberry juice and gelatin. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add cold water and stir until combined. Refrigerate until mixture starts to set.
Whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the jello mixture.
Shape mixture into small balls and chill until firm. Garnish as desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
