Christmas Cheesecake Recipe

A festive Christmas cheesecake recipe with a buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy, spiced cheesecake filling. Topped with festive holiday sprinkles.

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.25 cups melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  • Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Garnish with whipped cream and holiday sprinkles before serving.
