Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream and holiday sprinkles before serving.
