Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the shredded zucchini and stir to combine.
In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
For an extra touch, add a handful of chocolate chips before baking.
