Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the brownies spring back when gently pressed.
