  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
  • Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the brownies spring back when gently pressed.

Notes

These brownies are best served cool, allowing the flavors to meld together.
