Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
This chocolate zucchini bread is best served the next day, allowing flavors to meld.
