  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup oats rolled oats
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 cup butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • Stir in oats and powdered sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and peanut butter. Mix well.
  • Add the peanut butter mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftover Scotcheroos in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
