Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix well.
Stir in oats and powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and peanut butter. Mix well.
Add the peanut butter mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftover Scotcheroos in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
