- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, gently shaking off the excess.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle white chocolate over the strawberries after the semisweet chocolate has set.
