Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
