Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, you can chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This also helps prevent the cookies from spreading too much.
