Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

This delightful dessert combines the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookies with the creamy texture of cheesecake. Perfect for any occasion, it's a crowd-pleaser that will satisfy any sweet tooth.

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs finely crushed
  • 1.5 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, keep the cheesecake refrigerated overnight before serving.
