Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Sugar
  • 0.25 cups Melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality cream cheese. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
