Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality cream cheese. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
