Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to the flour mixture and mix together on medium speed until well mixed.
Stir in the boiling water until the batter is thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before frosting as desired.
Notes
For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
