Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
Add in salt, vanilla, and eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the flour until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra fudgy texture, slightly under-bake the brownies.
