  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried or 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes to taste
