  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts about 6 ounces each
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs panko recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
