- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 package Pie crust
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook chicken breasts until cooked through. Dice chicken.
Sauté carrots and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk until thickened.
