Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine cooked chicken and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce.
Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread a layer of chicken mixture on each noodle.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture on each noodle.
Roll up each lasagna noodle and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal!
