Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious and easy twist on classic lasagna. Creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked lasagna noodles come together for a comforting and satisfying meal.

  • 1 pound Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine cooked chicken and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce.
  • Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread a layer of chicken mixture on each noodle.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture on each noodle.
  • Roll up each lasagna noodle and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Serve with a side salad for a complete meal!
