Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and perfectly layered lasagna noodles baked into individual rolls. A delicious twist on a classic!

  • 1 lb Lasagna noodles oven-ready
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle. Roll up tightly.
  • Place the lasagna rolls in a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Serve immediately. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
