Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bake

A comforting and easy Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bake that's perfect for a weeknight meal. Layers of creamy alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and fluffy biscuits make this a family favorite.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits such as Pillsbury Grands

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the shredded cooked chicken. Remove from heat.

  • Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

  • Pour the chicken alfredo mixture into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  • Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add some cooked broccoli florets to the alfredo sauce for extra vegetables. Serve hot with a side salad.
