In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Stir in the shredded cooked chicken. Remove from heat.
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Pour the chicken alfredo mixture into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add some cooked broccoli florets to the alfredo sauce for extra vegetables. Serve hot with a side salad.
