Cheesy Baked Tortellini

A comforting and easy casserole featuring cheesy tortellini baked in a rich marinara sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
  • 705 grams Marinara Sauce
  • 227 grams Ricotta Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook tortellini according to package directions, but do not overcook. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, dried parsley, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

  • Pour the tortellini mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
