Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

Crispy spring roll wrappers filled with a savory cheeseburger mixture. A fun and delicious twist on a classic!

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Finely Diced Onion
  • 12 count Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  • Lightly fry or bake the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
