Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the cheddar cheese and soy sauce. Mix well.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
Lightly fry or bake the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
