Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the cracker crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the cooled caramel layer.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
