Poke a toothpick or cake pop stick into the top of each grape. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Be sure nuts are in a shallow bowl or on a plate.
Place caramel chews and heavy whipping cream inside a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until caramel is silky smooth.
Dip grapes about ¾ into the melted caramel. Allow excess caramel to drip off and wait 10-20 seconds for the caramel to cool slightly and form to the grape.
Without placing the grape down, roll the grape in the bed of crushed nuts so that it covers 0.5 of the grape.
Repeat for each grape and allow the caramel to set inside the refrigerator (about 30 minutes) before enjoying.
