Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine sugars, salt, flour, and oats. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Spread half of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan. Top with chopped apples. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
