Caramel Apple Crumb Bars

These Caramel Apple Crumb Bars are the perfect fall treat! A buttery crumb topping sits atop a sweet and tangy apple filling, all drenched in a rich caramel sauce.

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Apples
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine sugars, salt, flour, and oats. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
  • Spread half of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan. Top with chopped apples. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over apples.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
