Caramel Apple Cheesecake Recipe

A delicious and easy caramel apple cheesecake recipe, perfect for fall. This recipe combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet and tangy flavors of caramel apples.

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Sugar
  • 0.25 cups Melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 2 medium Apples peeled, cored, and sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in caramel sauce. Gently fold in the sliced apples.
  • Pour filling into the prepared crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the crust or top with whipped cream before serving.
