Candy Cane Fudge

This creamy and rich Candy Cane Fudge is perfect for the holiday season. It's infused with peppermint flavor and features crushed candy canes for a festive touch.

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips high-quality recommended
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top and gently press them into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into 16 squares.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
