In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top and gently press them into the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into 16 squares.
