Candied Jalapenos

Sweet and spicy candied jalapenos are the perfect snack or appetizer. Easy to make and incredibly addictive!

  • 1 pound Jalapenos sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Slice jalapenos thinly.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add jalapenos and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until candied and slightly softened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Notes

Store candied jalapenos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
