Cake Batter Fudge

This delightful fudge has all the flavor of cake batter but in a rich, chocolatey form!

  • 2.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups rainbow sprinkles

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining sprinkles and gently press them into the surface.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set before slicing.

Notes

Keep the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
