This Butterfinger Ice Cream Pie is a decadent treat combining creamy ice cream with the crunch of Butterfinger candy.

  • 1.5 cups crushed Butterfinger crushed finely
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 piece pre-made graham cracker crust

Preparation Steps

  • Spread half of the crushed Butterfinger at the bottom of the crust.
  • Mix the softened ice cream with the whipped cream and remaining Butterfinger.
  • Pour the mixture into the crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with remaining crushed Butterfinger before serving.

Notes

Make sure the pie is fully frozen before serving to ensure the best texture.
