Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, brown sugar, and mashed bananas.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
Stir in the melted butter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
These pancakes are best served fresh. You can also add chocolate chips, nuts, or berries to the batter.
