Instructions
Preparation Steps
Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients (see recipe for details) and pour over the salad.
Toss gently to coat.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier dressing, add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking.
