Instructions
Preparation Steps
Steam or blanch the broccoli and cauliflower until tender-crisp.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli and cauliflower, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
Prepare the dressing (recipe below) and pour it over the vegetable mixture.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
