  • 1 cup Broccoli florets small florets
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets small florets
  • 0.5 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds

Preparation Steps

  • Steam or blanch the broccoli and cauliflower until tender-crisp.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli and cauliflower, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  • Prepare the dressing (recipe below) and pour it over the vegetable mixture.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
