Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
Serve warm with vanilla sauce.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add raisins, chocolate chips, or other desired mix-ins.
