Blueberry-Peach Crisp

A delicious summer dessert featuring juicy blueberries and peaches topped with a buttery oat crisp.

  • 4 cups Peaches peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup Butter cold, cut into cubes

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches and blueberries.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Pour fruit mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle with oat topping.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
